Hi, I'm trying to reach Amp Futures and cant get through. Not sure what's happening where this glitch is coming from but I have 2 order that went in, they're pending and they won't fill and a I can't cancel them. What do I do???

There is an issue with CQG. There is nothing we can do. You need to wait for your broker to deal with the situation.
