Hello I tried to download the intraday data of DX and found out that actually the number of trade shows as zero. I tested it with HSI from HKEX and it shows correct number of trade. I'm not sure which is causing this. Could you please help? Best, |

We really can not say exactly why this is the case, but we do not support the ICE data any longer. Any data for the ICE is going to be just what it is - there is nothing we can do about it. If you need ICE data, then we recommend another source. We recommend looking into DTN IQFeed to see if they can supply what you need.
