Hello im currently doing a trading prop firm challenge with top step. I have been using the trade dom to place all my orders. Yesterday i went to place orders on the chart with my left click mouse shortcut to place a limit order. It showed on my screen that i made two trades but with top step they showed my earlier trades i made with the trading dom and claimed my trades werent accounted for with the shortcut orders with the left mouse click. Im curious to why that may be the case i have the entry and exit on my chart to show proof but cant find it in trade activity im not sure where those orders are going. Thank you if you can get back to me that would be great.

If not already open, then open the Trade Window for that chart (Trade >> Open Trade Window for Chart. Check the Account that is listed on that window. Refer to the following for where this is: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM) We suspect that these trades were done in Simulation mode, or were sent to a different account than the TopStep account.
