when SC Data - All Services is selected as my data service, the prices for the 6J cme japanese yen futures are off by two decimal points.

for example, when it's supposed to display 0.0075000, it displays 0.75000 instead.

i tried altering the price display format from 0.00001 to 0.0000001 which works but when i tried changing the tick size to the required 0.00000005, it doesn't let me.

Make sure the option for Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Auto-Set from Data Feed is set to No before you try to change the Tick Size. Refer to the following:
Chart Settings: Auto Set from Data Feed (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol Settings menu)

There is a reason why that format is used, it has to do with how the historical end of day data is formatted from our data provider Barchart.

If you want to change the decimal point position you have to change the Multipliers:
Chart Settings: Real-Time Price Multiplier (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol Settings menu)
