Files not opening and drawings not showing

I had to reset my password and when completed I logged into my account and my charts reverted to new start up charts. None of my files loaded. I can see my old files but when I try to open them up the message reads "Not Compatible". These file are only a year old. Also when I try to use any tool (line, arrow, ellipse and so on) they do not show up on my chart?

Did you also update your software from a fairly older version (one that was about 1 year old)? That is the only reason why your chartbooks would be giving you the error of being not compatible. Refer to the following instructions for how to update the chartbooks so you can view them in the current version: Chartbooks (Workspaces): Opening Older Chartbooks With regards to the drawing tools, what exactly are you seeing? Does the tool begin to draw when you place the first point and then disappear after you place the last point, or are you seeing nothing at all when you try to click the first point?
