Unable to place a trade

Hello, I have installed Sierra Chart two days ago and connected to my AMP global Clearing account, but at the moment to place the trade it come to be rejected, why is that? I've also activated the advanced package of Sierra Chart and the Denali data feed. Are the trial days mandatory? What am I missing?

You would need to look at why the order was rejected. Specifically look in the Trade >> Trade Service Log for this information. If you have exited Sierra Chart since then, then try placing another order and see if the same thing happens, if it does then look in the log for why. You can also post the information from that log in here for us to look at.

Thank you. This is the reason. How can it be insufficient?! I traded CME instruments by another AMP account less funded in the past! Are you able to help me?

We can not help you with the Margin Requirements. That is something you need to ask AMP about.
