Hi, I need your help with my DOM. When I use my DOM from my main instance i can see my recent bid volume and recent ask volume. However when i use DOM in my sub instance with the chart, I dont see any numbers in the recent bid volume or recent ask volume. Can you please help? Thanks |

In the sub-instance are you getting the standard Market Depth values for the Bid and Ask? Do you have the correct columns displayed, are you sure they are the Recent Bid and Recent Ask volumes? The only thing we see that is of concern in the image is that the color of the Recent Bid and Recent Ask text is black - the same as the background of the chart. Therefore, you are not seeing any Recent Bid or Recent Ask numbers that are not covered by the Volume Bar in those columns.
