No problem with Denali... I think it's a CQG issue (I had 5 disconnections) here's the first: CQG WebSocket socket (1) | Close event error. The EUREX data feed is fine. So it is a connection problem with CQG in your case. To access the EUREX data independently follow the instructions below. To access historical and streaming market data independent from your Trading service. Follow these instructions. Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "SC Data-All Services". Press "OK" And then translate the symbols in your Chartbooks and Sierra Chart using this "Edit' menu command: Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service (Translate Symbols to Current Service) You can then use the data provided by Sierra Chart independent of your trading service. This way I can't place order on CQG account though. SC goes in SIM mode as I place live orders. Am I missing something?

What you can do is have one installation just for accessing EUREX data. And another installation for CQG for trading. If the instance set to use CQG has an issue, at least you can still watch the charts.
