Hi, I cannot open any market profile chart like ES or NQ etc . The system message says cannot download data . please check , whet needs to be done on my end . System message says - Download failed - Historical data only supported by Sierra chart data feed Thank you. J |

This is not specifically related to TPOs (Market Profile). The issue is that you are using CQG for your Order Routing, but we do not support data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX. As such, you need to get the data for the CME Group from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. We see that you have previously completed the Data Agreements, so all you need to do is to activate the exchange(s) at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Once you have this data working, and if you do not need the CQG data for any other purpose, then let your broker know you do not want the CQG data.
