HI!!! I am unable to make live trades on my account.... I have the Advanced Sierra Package (11) active... I have Denali exchange data feed with CME real time data/depth of market for un-professional that is active... Phillips Capital (who I contacted before sending this message) is saying I am 100% good to go.... Now my problem is every time I place an order on my live account nothing happens can you please look at my account and fix it... P.S. I turned off the Sim...

Please select Trade >> Trade Service Log and copy and paste the information from that log to this thread. As long as you have not exited from Sierra Chart since you last tried to place a trade, the information on why there was an issue should be in there.

Some of the margins were raised for ES to 25% of full contract. This is broker dependent.

You need to ask your broker about the margins.
