Hello, about my Data/Trade Service Settings I'm using Rhytmic Direct - DTC with Server APEX. However, it seems that the data of instruments outside the CME such as CL and GC are not in real time [CBV][M] but only with the symbol [CBV]. I have to pay Denali Data Feed for the full CME group even using APEX Service? However, comparing them with a chart of an MT4 platform they seem to be in real time. I don't understand where I'm wrong. Can you clarify to me what I have with the Sierra Chart service that I pay for? Thank you so much |

The only exchange you have active for the Denali Exchange Data Feed is the following: - CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts This is just the CME exchange, not the full CME Group. Therefore, you would only be getting real-time data from us for symbols traded on the CME exchange. Yes I know. But in according to that it is strange to me that I can see market depth real time data of other exchange also (CBOT, NYMEX...). I just wanted to understand why? Is it because I am connecting by the APEX data feed service (Rhytmic)? Thank you |

Sorry, your original post made it sound like you were not getting the data for other than CME. Yes, the reason you are getting that data is because it is coming from Rithmic.
