symbol entry on second instance not working

I started a second instance of SC and have it setup to use DTN IQ Data feed.
The issue I'm noticing is that when I try to enter a symbol in a chart, I press "/" and enter a symbol and press enter but nothing happens. Instead I need to use the Find Symbol feature and then switch chart symbol to get it to work.

When I just have one SC instance the "/" symbol entry method works just fine.

Is this a bug?

In the instance for which the functionality is not working, check to ensure that the setting for Global Settings >> General Settings >> Chart >> Support Symbol Entry from Chart Window is set to Yes.
