I like the 30 milisecond refresh interval, how do I apply that to all move my charts and all of my chartbooks Also what if I dropped it down to like 10 mili-seconds am I putting too much stress on my computer? |

The default setting for the Chart >> Chart Settings >> Display >> Chart Update Interval is 0 -> Use Global. Therefore, to change the value for all charts in all chartbooks, change the setting at Global Settings >> General Settings >> General >> Chart Update Interval. Refer to the following: General Settings Window: Chart Update Interval (Global Settings >> General Settings >> General >> Update Intervals) Setting all charts to use a 10 millisecond update interval is definitely pushing the system. But, it depends on your computer and how many charts you have open and how many studies are on each chart, and what kind of studies. Even 30 milliseconds is not recommended. We generally recommend setting your Trading DOMs to a faster update interval and leaving your core charts at 500 (maybe down to 300) milliseconds. But again, there is a lot of variation in what can be done and you need to figure out what works best in your situation.
