Hi team, Sorry if this is an easy fix. I can't see where the problem is though. I'm trading through Earn 2 Trade via their Rithmic Feed. I understand all the issues with Rithmic, but have to use this for these purposes. I started getting an error this morning when I tried to log in to Sierra. "Connection error from service: Rithmic Direct - DTC Logon error received from service: Permission Denied". A previously used exchange (full depth CME) expired recently, however I have an active Full CME top-of-book active. Wondering if this is where the issue lies? Thanks in advance. Mitch |
