Hello,

i have a message by sierra chart when i trade :

TRade Order Error - CQG order update. Status : REJECTED. Tex( : Order request rejected. Please contact customer service support ( Order parameters are invalid)

I trade the market F.US.FDXSH23 Micro Dax March 23

I contact AMP Futures but they said "Your account is enabled on our end with Sierra Denali"

Your broker should be able to give you more information on why you got that specific rejection.

We do not know for sure, but typically something like the above is caused by a Time in Force setting that is not supported. Refer to the following:
Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main >> TimeInForce (Time in Force):

Be sure you also check the Time in Force for any Attached Orders that you are sending.

Yes check all of the order related settings, like time in force and order type and make sure they are correct.
