Hi, Can you help me setup? I have rithmic data and am a non-pro account. I also have a funded interactive broker account. I watch all the videos on Sierra but nothing show me how to connect to the historical data as well as my own rithmic data. Thanks, |

If you want to connect to both Rithmic and Interactive Brokers accounts, then we recommend using two installations of Sierra Chart - one for Rithmic and one for Interactive Brokers. Refer to the following instructions to install another Sierra Chart: Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time: Step-By-Step Instructions to Install Multiple Copies of Sierra Chart To connect your Sierra Chart to Rithmic, follow the instructions at the following link: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions To connect your Sierra Chart to Interactive Brokers, follow the instructions at the following link: Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Setup Instructions We are not sure what you are referencing in terms of "show me how to connect to the historical data as well as my own rithmic data." Refer to the following regarding Rithmic data: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Rithmic Market Data and Support Policy Also, keep in mind that you will either get your data from your trading service (Rithmic/Interactive Brokers) or from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. You can not mix the data (historical data from Denali and real-time data from Rithmic). It is either one or the other. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

So I decided to take your advice and go with Denali for data feed, not rithmic anymore. This works, however. I also want to be able to place trade inside SC connecting to my interactive broker. Please tell me how to connect SC to both Denali for data (which I already did) and interactive broker for trading. Thanks https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1675809878101.png |

First, you have not fully activated the Denali Exchange Data Feed yet, as you do not have any exchanges activated. Please activate the exchange(s) for which you want the real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. You can access the various exchange options at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#DenaliNASDAQ Once you have the Denali Exchange Data Feed setup, then you will be getting the Denali data, regardless of the trading service you are setup to use. Refer to the following: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Integration with Trading Services For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
