Not showing depth of market

I have no depth of market on my DOM. I logged into my live account and it shows the depth of market but my Sierra chart for my combine using rithmic does not have the depth of market

If you are using our Denali data, then keep in mind that you only have the CME exchange active with the Market Depth data, so only instruments traded on the CME exchange (not the Full CME Group) will have the Market Depth data. But, if you are using Rithmic for your data, then you need to check with Rithmic or your Prop Firm for why you are not getting the Market Depth data when you are connected to Rithmic. There is nothing on our end that should prevent it.
