Hello Support,

I can't find the window "Edit Trade Account" anymore.

Is that me or is it not available anymore?

Thank you for your reply.

So you mean it is not available anymore, because it used to be available in previous versions of SC for my Teton account.

Please update the related information, to save users time searching for something that doesn't exist and to save your time as well answering to questions like mine.

You certainly cannot edit the account in the case of a live Teton account, but you can see the settings.

That´s exactly my point. I know I cannot edit the account nor I did want to, but I wanted to review my account's current settings (e.g. margin - max. number of contracts I can trade) and also check the updated trade fees for 2023.

Checking it directly from SC menu was definitely simpler than emailing my broker back and forth.

But I can live with that, no worries.

Do you mean that I can have access to the window "Edit Trade Account" again?

My problem is I can't find the "Edit Trade Account" window (see attached picture).

The instructions as the are given at the above link give you the precise directions to get to the window to edit your Trade Account.

First - in order to have access to that window, you need to have your Current Selected Service set to one of the following:
- Trading Evaluator
- Trading Evaluator - Delayed
- Teton CME Order Routing

Any other setting will only show you the Account Balances window and you will not be able to edit the settings.

Please follow the instructions and if you have an issue in the process, let us know what it is (which step in particular is not working for you).

Hi John,

Thank you for your reply and your patience.

I was doing it wrong, of course.

I was trying to find the "Edit Trade Account" window directly from the "Global Settings / Data/Trade Service Settings" menu, instead of going through the "Trade Account Monitor".

My apologies.
