I was recently in a trade where I limit ordered into a trade. The trade went my way so I moved the stop to above break even. A spike of volatility caused the price to go back against me but I was protected with my stops. Positions was exited by the stop. Then I went to enter another position but my orders were in "held". It's been two days now and I can't put in a trade. IS there a way to resolve this so I can go back to trading?

Cancel that limit order. You should have no trouble doing that. If you cannot cancel it then contact your broker.
