Hello, I am trying to copy over lines/drawings from one chart to another. There are two charts from the chartbook that I am copying from (CHART1 AND CHART2). I have typed in the correct path and title I believe to get all information from both charts into the chart that I want to copy to. However, it seems that I can only get information from either CHART1 or CHART2. Both are not copying over. I have list CHART1 first in the linking, I get the drawings from CHART1 only, if I list CHART2 first in the linking I get the drawings from CHART2 only. Is this a bug? See screenshots attached. I really need drawings from both CHART 1 AND CHART 2 in the chart(s) that I want. Kindly advise. Also I have more screenshots to share but your system will not allow me to upload more. Let me know how I can send them to you (assuming you need them). Thanks. |

We are wondering if you are using the correct process to copy drawings - as you do not need to enter a "Path" or "Title", just the chart numbers. Refer to the following: Chart Settings: Copy Chart Drawings from Chart #'s (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Chart Drawings menu) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

I see what I did wrong. I didn't input the entire chart name for in front of each chart number. All good! thank you for your prompt responses!

Just so you are aware, you only need to put the Chartbook name when you are copying from another Chartbook. Otherwise, you just enter the Chart Number you want to copy from (such as "2, 4, 7").
