Cannot access real-time feed/charts following multiple attempts(monthly update). My TransAct account is active and funded. What's going on?

TransAct stopped support for Sierra Chart about 6 months ago, so you can not connect to them anymore. This means you need a different method to verify your non-professional status for the CME Group. Although we do see that your account is verified through February 28, 2023, so you do not need to do anything right away.
