Show Order Fills on a Chartbook Template

I am able to change the color of the chart order fill markers on a new chart; however, I am unable to change the marker colors on a chart book template I received from someone else. I've confirmed that the Global Settings/Graphics Settings - Global configuration is correct and have even restarted Sierra charts but I am unable to override the defaulted green and burgundy marker colors. Is it possible that there is lock on the settings that prevent changes to the template?

Most likely the chart(s) in that chartbook are setup to Chart Specific graphics settings. In which case, you need to select Chart >> Graphics Settings - Chart and either enable the option at the top for Use Global Graphics Settings Instead of These Settings, or change the colors as you want for the chart.
