[Programming Help] - Traffic leaving company firewalls but no response from Sierra

Hi all, I work in IT support for a quant research firm. We are having issues with users accessing Sierra Chart. User receives an error code of 10060, so we whitelisted the attached domains, ports and IPs on the company firewall. Our Networks team have confirmed they can see the traffic leaving the company firewalls but the user receives no response back from Sierra. The user is currently using a demo account and once the connection is established, the license will be purchased. How can we find out if Sierra can see the traffic coming through on their end? Thanks |
