Hi, I would like to download the new version on sc in my new laptop win11, but i have a message of failed procedure: Failed to create folder: C:\users\name_user\SierraChart - Denali\DownloadedInstallationFiles\. Windows error code 5: access denied Could you help me please? Maybe i put sierra chart on user folder? Maybe i have to authorize SC access on the antivirus software? But i don't know how i can do that? Many thanks |
