Hi, How do I access the /VX realtime data? I have the highest payment plan as it is but cannot see this anywhere? Thanks |

It depends on which VX you want to see. If you are wanting the VX Futures, then that is available as Delayed Streaming Data without having to do anything. Just open a chart for the symbol by by selecting File >> Find Symbol and then open the section for Futures - CFE. If you want to get the VX Futures in real-time, then you would need to setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed and enable the CFE exchange. Refer to the Setup Instructions here: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: All Other Exchanges* If you want the VIX Index, then this is not available without paying for the data (CBOE rules). You can get this data by setting up the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and activating the CBOE Indices exchange.
