Dear support
i have recently made an account in sierra and when i went for activation via SMS,i did not receive any text message.
and when i tried to re-enter my phone and i got this message:

please help me with my trial activation

Your account has been activated and the usage time extended if necessary.

If Sierra Chart is running, it will automatically be activated within about three minutes. However, you may need to exit from the Sierra Chart charting and trading software by selecting "File >> Exit". And then open Sierra Chart through the icon on your desktop or through the desktop Start menu.

After your Sierra Chart usage time ends you need to pay for additional usage time through "Help >> Add Usage Credit".

Hi there,

I am trying to receive the SMS but it says that i have exceeded the number of time I tried my phone number?
How can i activate it? I am in the UK. I put in 44 and then all the digits of my mobile phone number? Is that not right?

Hello, I recently created a new account and I am trying to connect to the SC Data - All Services service to test out the platform. When I first installed SC on my computer and logged in, everything worked fine. I had to install a previous version of SC to use a Chartbook I downloaded, and when I log in, it will not connect to any data feed and all the services listed say "Not enabled on package". I've gone through all the links and pages to see what I need to do, but nothing seems to work. The Account Control Panel says I need to activate my account, but when I go to the page for that, it says it's no longer required. When I try to follow the directions listed underneath that for activation inside the SC platform, there is no "Activate Trial" option in the application. What do I do?

To start with, we have activated the trial for your account in order for you to have more access to the system capabilities and data. Refer to the information here:
Sierra Chart Trial Account

While you are on a trial, you are not able to connect to any trading services or get real-time data except for FOREX, CFD, Crypto Currency and Market Statistics.

Due to the above, the only setting for "Current Selected Service" in the "Data/Trade Service Settings" is "SC Data - All Services".
