DENALI data service and IB problem

Hi Sierra Chart support team,

I just signed up for the Denali data service but now am having issues with sending orders to IB. I think I have everything set up correctly. Here is the LOG. Any ideas? Thank you for your help.

You need to set the Trade and Current Quote Symbol to the corresponding Interactive Brokers symbol to trade. Refer to:

Chart Settings: Trade and Current Quote Symbol (text box) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol menu)
