I set the global round trip commission at 3.89 but only my one of my trading window in 1 min shows the PnL after commissions and the rest of the trading windows attached to other charts do not show. They are all trading the same symbol which is ES. I have tried to set it as global commission,symbol specific and reinstall sierra chart but none of that help

It sounds like the setting for Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading >> Use Symbol Commission Setting in Trade List and Statistics Calculations is only set for the one chart. If you want to see the commission in the Trade Windows for other charts, you would need to set this to Yes for each chart.
