I have an issue with a trade being closed via external source. I reached out to broker. I know that issue does not reside with Sierra. They asked for trace and log file. I know we have log files in Sierra but is there a more detailed level of trade activity similar to trace files in other programs? I want to be able to provide them the lowest level of detail so they can provide an accurate account of why they closed my trade externally.
