I am not receiving pre-market data(before 930am) until I log in --thats when the data starts charting for stocks and ETFs Another words if I start charting say Apple until 2 days ago I could receive data from whatever my starting time designation was say 200am now when I log in say at 700am thats when I would start receiving data for the chart not 200am

This is an Interactive Brokers thing with changes they made recently. You need to be on the latest version of both the TWS Software and your Sierra Chart software. For TWS make sure you are on the latest "Stable" version. When you have both updated to the most current versions then you should be fine.
