We really do not know what that means. You need to ask your broker about this, as it implies that there is something about your account setup that is not correct. Just be aware - OEC is no longer supported by us. So if they have made a change one their end to how they want the orders sent to them, then we will not be making any changes for this. Yes I'm aware you don't support OEC. It seems that my account with Sierra is not set up correctly. If so, can you guide me, please? Here is a screenshot. I'm guessing I might have to have an input for "allocation method list", which is blank right now. Is there an option I should choose?
