Rithmic Connection For Apex - Green But No quotes

The connection seems to be working. I'm green but have not live quotes. I switched the service list to SC data and got real time quotes. Switched it back to Rithmic and got nothing. I've attached 2 screenshots to show what it looks like.

For the Uniform Subscriber Agreement its asking for Clearing Firm and Trading Account Number. I'm doing an evaluation with Apex how am I supposed to know these things?

APEX will not qualify for the Clearing Firm/Broker and Account Number in this case. This is about the requirement that the CME Group has that you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees. Refer to the following for more information on this:

If you only have an account with APEX, then we recommend the service outlined at the following link to get a qualified account for the CME Group requirement, and then you will enter that FCM/Broker and Account Number when filling out the Subscriber Agreement:

Based upon what we see for their account they do not need any other trading account:
Verified trading account ending date: 2023-02-09

But when completing the agreement, you do need to specify the other trading account that you have.

So I have accounts with Uprofit and Apex. Both are evaluation accounts. I also have a personal futures account with IronBeam. What do I need to do from here? As of now I still cant trade the Apex account via Sierra for whatever reason

We see that you have completed the Agreements and you have the Denali Exchange Data Feed setup for the Full CME Group. So you should be getting real-time data for any instrument traded on the CME Group.

In order to connect to your Apex account, follow the instructions at the following link, which walks you through connecting to Rithmic, which is what Apex uses. Apex will need to tell you what Server to select:

I believe I'm good to go except for the proof of a trading account I noticed on my Sierra Acct. What does this mean and what do I need to do? I have a futures acct with IronBeam. I've attached some photos of an error message with the Apex acct connected and still wasnt able to enter orders. The other attachment is about trading account requirement.

The reason you are not submitting orders to Apex is because you are still in Simulation Mode. Refer to the following:

As to the trading account requirement - you are currently verified through February 9, 2023. Do you use Sierra Chart to connect to your IronBeam account already? Do you have a separate installation for this? We ask these because we are wondering how you got verified through February 9, 2023.

Not sure how I got verified. I dont use that account but was willing to use it to meet the CME requirements for a non-pro. Just to be clear this Apex account is an evaluation its not a live account. I've tried everything from the connection side and still no success on being able to trade it. I'm currently waiting on Apex to confirm the Rithmic connection and server selection. Other than that i have no idea why its not working.

Try placing an order and when it fails, open the Trade >> Trade Service Log. There should be the information in there as to what the problem is. If you need help interpreting it - then copy and paste the information to this thread and we can help you with it.

I'm having issues again with my data. I just checked my control panel of services and it says my Denali feed is active. I just submitted a payment 2 weeks ago so not sure why I'm having these issues. If possible I'd like to setup auto payments to not have service interruptions. Thanks

You can set up automatic payments through Stripe. But we are not seeing that option currently. We have to check on this and get back to you.

It looks like I'm having issues again with live data. I'm paid up with the fees I owe but I think I need to connect to my funded account. I have a funded futures account but dont know their platform specs with regards to connecting with Sierra. Its with Ironbeam. I cleared this up several months ago so not sure what I did then to clear this up.

The problem, as you suspected, is that you have not connected to your live trading account recently. Your "Verified Until" date is April 29, 2023. You can view this date at the following link:

What trading service are you setup to use with IronBeam? most likely it is CQG, but we need to know for sure in order to point you to the proper instructions.
