Paypal payment not processing

Whenever I try to make a paypal payment then the payment does not process. I go through the steps of the process as far as selecting that I want to pay using my paypal balance and then I get returned to the sierra chart website but no transaction has taken place.

Are you being returned from the PayPal website? Are you getting any errors? Sierra Chart Support

I just managed to get the payment to go through. I am using brave browser and the brave shields were blocking the cookies so when I turned that off and selected to trust the site it worked.
