Hi,
I'm in trial with delayed data.

In ZB Contract Chart (10second); For example;
Its 15:06:20(real time) and i have 3 candles with 15:03:10 - 15:04:00 - 15:05:50 time next to each other.
And i am waiting the 4th candle(15:06:20) to show up
Ofcourse it needs to be; 15:05:50 - 15:06:00 - 15:06:10 - 15:06:20...
And there are lots of these.

With gold(gc) or ES , there are some missing candles also but not as much as ZB or ZF.

I have that problem with both candle sticks, OHLCs and number bars so charting is not the issue here
I don't think the time of the day can be problem.
I changed SC's time zone to my computers, tried some other solutions which i read in the forum but it didnt help.
As you mentioned in documents, my data is 10:10 late but as good as the live one.

So i'dont know what to do

i need a little help

Thanks ...

Edit;

And one more thing i noticed now,
Time in Chart Header constantly stops or jumps forward in order to catch the actual delayed time ...

We really need to see a screenshot to determine what is happening. Offhand, it sounds like it is just that the horizontal scale is not showing for every bar, which it will not most of the time, as there is not enough space to do so. But an image will help us know for sure. Refer to the following for how to get us a screenshot:

I don't think its a space limitation problem,
I have latency with my open charts header and main SC Windows header.
They both have time and the upper one works perfectly
(i am aware of the 10:10 latency, not talking about that)

Just to heads up :I have a german bund (EUREX) opened somewhere and used it in one of my charts with "overlay single line" study and since it has more data delay than the others in Trial mode , (?) i am just guessing.
But than i opened another clean chartbook and tried there without any complications; just ZB with candle sticks unfortunately nothing changed.

Here is the screeshot

i marked some of the missing candles but not all and the problem is not missing ones, if it was live i wouldnt see that 10 or 20 seconds.

I wish its just Trial data complications

Thanks

If you do not see updating at a particular time or missing data, it means that trading was not occurring at that time.

You can follow the instructions here to make sure there is no missing data:

I have done this and updated the symbol settings before opening this topic,
I tried ones more now but nothing changes like the first time.
Even the missing candles doesnt come back .

Can you take over my platform and have a look at it ?
Do you have that specification ?

You are not missing anything. As you can see from your data, this is not a highly traded instrument. There are many bars where you are showing a quantity of 1 within the 10 second period. Therefore, the fact that you are missing some time periods is only because there was no trading during that 10 second period. If you increase your bar period to 1 minute, then it will not be so glaring. Or, you can turn on the option for Chart >> Chart Settings >> Bar Period >> Include Columns with No Data in order to make each 10 second period show up. Refer to the following:
Chart Settings: Include Columns With No Data (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Bar Period >> Chart Bar Settings menu)

Thanks,

"Include columns with no data" solved my problem.
In that case if there are no trades at that moment , the chart header delayed data wont refresh itself.
It would refresh simultaneously in live data i guess.
I was afraid of bigger technical problems, but i missed that box in chart settings.
I am going to check it again but that seems ok now .
Sorry i am new not just to Sierra but all the Future Market and Special Charting Systems

Thanks for your time again ...
