active position incorrectly shown in sierra

Hi SC,
Yesterday there was some discrepancy with SC/TT routing service and when it got resolved, the active position tab showed the wrong position in some futures contracts. Please look into the matter and tell me how I can get my correct active position and order fills.

The only thing we can do, is at the end of the day we can reset the connection to TT and that will cause the positions to be reset according to what TT has.

We do not know whether this would resolve the problem or not. It would seem like it would not change position quantities but we will see.

You also should not be missing any order fills. Are you missing fills?

yes, I had some lots in two contracts. When the connection was back after some hours, it executed the entry signal but the previous lots were not visible in the spreadsheet or in the DOM. So, currently, I have a mismatch in my position in Sierra and in TT.
