When I turned on my charting this morning I noticed that I had no data from 5/30 at 16:00 until 6/1 at 17:00. I also did not have any cumulative delta bars from 5/30 16:00 until I turned on my sierra charts this morning. Can you tell me why this happened. I have not had this problem before. I reloaded all charts and still the same problem Thanks |

You were subscribing to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, but that did not automatically renew due to an insufficient Additional Services Balance at the start of this month.
