If Sierra Chart is running, it will be activated within approximately 3 minutes. You will know it is active when "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service" is set to "SC Data-All Services" and you can connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

The symbols you are using are not correct. You need to translate them with this "Edit' menu command:
