Hi There is a problem I have had for a while with SC.. If I don't get to the computer until after the market opens, my intraday charts do not load correctly. The data starts loading at whenever time I click the symbol so for example if I open up SC at 10:00 and click an intraday chart it says "download failed" and starts the current candlestick at 10:00 with the previous candle being yesterday's close. I have attached a pic and the message log. When I click delete and download data it loads correctly but is very time consuming to go through 200 symbols and do this whenever I am a bit late. Data acquisition failed for 1 of 1 requests.Error retrieving data. | 2014-06-02 11:30:48 We cannot offer any help with this other than to recommend you change your Sierra Chart package to 3 and use the latest Sierra Chart prerelease. In the latest prerelease, both the Historical Daily and Intraday data is downloaded from Sierra Chart Historical Data service. Previously only the Daily data was.
