I made a change to one of my chartbooks and changed the source of data to SC Data. I forgot to login to the Teton data service in a couple of months and I now cannot access my CME trading account data feed. What do I need to do to fix this? I've checked to make sure all accounts are in good standing, the CME Exchange data feed says it's activated. Help! Thank you! -Ryan |

If you cannot connect to Teton, contact your broker about this. And find out the reason why and let us know what they say.

Ah, apologies, it was my broker. Account fell below minimum (wasn't actively trading). Once I fund the account looks like they'll set the flag that SierraChart can see and I can resume. Thanks! |
