hi I'm trying to connect to CQG through the live trading account but it isn't connecting trying this yesterday and still no luck, I'm unsure on the issue on why as working fine on previous months

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Connect to the data feed:

Select "File >> Disconnect"

Select "File >> Connect to Data Feed"

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
