Hi - I am stuck with trade window configurations that I can't seem to adjust permanently. The two most detrimental problems are my trade window hides my account list and makes me confirm order modifications. Hence, when I switch accounts I lose time and when I'm scalping and setting up quick trades I keep having to go into the Trade Window menu and hitting "Confirmations" to "Confirm Order Modifications". Daily and sometimes multiple times a day for no apparent reason I have to go fix these settings. Thanks to anyone with help on how to fix this.

Are you using saved trade window configurations? If so, are there inconsistencies between your saved configs (with respect to order confirmations and hide trade accounts parameters)? |

Make sure you disable any Trade Window linking that you are using: Working With Charts: Chart Linking And be aware when you change Trade Window configuration files the previously saved configuration is going to be used: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Using and Changing Between Different Trade Window and Attached Orders Configurations So after configuring the Trade Window as you want to, resave your configurations. To show the Trade Account List make sure this is unchecked: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Menu >> Settings >> Hide Trade Account List Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
