Hi, I recently installed Sierra Chat on a new machine, the latest version. I am noticing new messages in the log that I have not seen before. Error creating/opening the file for exporting bar data. Error: Windows error code 32: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. | 2023-01-04 06:54:02.506 * I found this possible explanation, Error Messages When Opening Files and did the recommended virus check changes. My questions, 1) is this error message a recent addition - I've not noticed it before when using the same processes on earlier versions of SC. I'm trying to determine if it because of something new my end, or if it has always been the case, but not reported to the log before now (help page dated 28th Nov so I am suspecting its new 2022). 2) I am reading barstudydata.csv files with another application which I suspect is the reason for the message - could having one of these files momentarily open be a cause? 3) What happens to the specific SC bar data it is trying to write? Does it store the unwritten data and write it next time around or do we lose those bars? Thanks |
