I have paid my account in full but still have a 10 minute delayed chart?

What is the problem with my payment? Do I need to do something else? I spent the entire day trying to download the charts so that I could be on time but to no avail. So here I am again with a fully paid for charting package but for some reason I am on a delayed chart. I misunderstood the amount to be paid but all is paid now. What else do I need to do to get my charts on time? I am trying to use Sierra Charts so that I can trade Ninja Trader (DOM only) for Apex Trader live funded account. However, I am now 10 minutes late and am consistently behind time. Please change my charts to regular timing and allow me to get back to work or let me know what I need to do. Thank you.

This is the issue: Verified trading account ending date: 2022-12-31 | ---- The reason you are not getting real-time data, and historical data in the case of when using an external Trading service (Rithmic, CQG, Interactive Brokers), from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the *Non-Professional* exchange fees. However, you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.
