Problems Connecting Apex Trading/Exchange Not Specified Error

I've gone through the process outlined here: Rithmic Trading Platform Service and I have successfully connected to the Rithmic server for Apex and have the green light in the upper left corner of SC yet I don't have any data coming through with the last candle loaded being from 15:20 today. I'm kind of lost at this point and any help is appreciated. Attached is a screen grab of the Data/Trade Service Settings which i have tried with the Apex login in historical and formerly without to no avail. Thank you. Some additional details. I receive the "Exchange not specified" orange dialog box which i don't really understand because i have activated CME w/ market depth as well as CME top of book. Not sure at this point what to do. |

After much button pushing I think that the symbol that I had loaded on the charts was incorrect somehow (despite previously functioning). If someone else runs into this issue I used the control bar and hit Find Symb then located the contracts i was looking for and selected each chart in my chartbook and hit Change Chart Symbol. After updating the symbol things seem to be functioning again. I'll leave this up for posterity. |
