Hi,

My all charts are stuck .I'm connecting to the sierra realtime data, but i'm not connecting to the real account now. Do I have an option to get the data without a live trading account?

Are you with Gain Capital? We have reached out to Akiva for his help in verifying your Non-Professional status (so you can have the discount Non-Professional Real-time Data Exchange Fees)

At this time we don't have a technical means to verify a Futures Trading Account at Gain Capital, this means that although a client with a Futures Trading Account there should be satisfying the CME Requirement of having a Futures Trading Account in order to get the discounted Non-Professional Exchange Fees, we are not able to facilitate this. Again its because we don't have a technical means of verifying the Futures Trading Account there. These are our fixes:

(a) Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement
(b) you can also provide us with a .pdf statement for this month from your Futures Trading Account at Gain Capital, this statement should include at least 1 CME Group Futures Trade.
