Hi there, I just want to make sure I got all the information correct before I spend my money. So I plan on using Sierra Charts only for analysis using TPO and other advanced features, and I want to have real time data on 2 machines at the same time, and plan on trading mainly ES and CL. So if I understood everything correctly I need to select service package 11 which would cost me 46 usd a month and allows 2 machines, and then I would need to pay the data fees twice for CME with market depth 23USD montlhy and NYMEX with market depth for 23USD monthly. Also I would need to connect to my own trading account once a month. Did I get everything right or did I miss something? |

Hi Mav, you have it correct! Futures Exchanges want to charge you based up on the number of devices (computers) that you are connecting to Real-time Data simultaneously, so although you can have Sierra Chart Software on 2 systems simultaneously you would need to pay a 2nd Real-time Data Exchange Fee in order to have Real-time Exchange Data on 2 systems (computers) at the same time. Great, thank you for the quick response. Also I saw somewhere that the data is free for the first month, could you confirm or clarify that?

Yes there is a free trial for the exchange fee (assuming you have a Futures Trading Account and are otherwise a Non-Professional), but not if you are paying the exchange fee twice for two connections on different computers.
