I use 3 monitors for my charts powered by my laptop. I think when the laptop shutdown unexpectedly the main display was changed from my 32" to the laptop display. This morning when I fired up SC, all my charts were on the laptop display.

I manually moved them all back but now it's like the resolution is different. I'm squinting to see the prices on the charts. They seem smaller and less bright if that makes sense.

I checked each displays resolution and they are all the same as before.

Any ideas what happened and how to get back my original settings?

Thanks,
Jim

It was fine before. How did the font sizes get changed? Would that happen when the charts got dumped to my laptop screen?

There is a "Reset to Default" button on the Font settings. Would that change it back to where I was?

When I change "Chart Text" (Global) font, only 2 out of my 9 charts update.

From documentation:
The font size that the operating system actually returns when selecting a font, is completely different than the Point size. It is returned in what is called logical units and it is specific to the particular DPI (dots per inch) setting on your system. Therefore, when sharing a Chartbook or main configuration file with another user, the font size can appear different if they are using a different DPI setting on their system.

Additionally as there are DPI settings changes on your system either performed manually by you or automatically by the operating system, this will cause the font sizes to change within Sierra Chart. So you do have to manually change them in Sierra Chart as you require to get the appearance that you need.

, only 2 out of my 9 charts update.
This means those other charts are using a Font setting specific to them set through Chart >> Graphics Settings.

No:
Would that change it back to where I was?

ok I figured out how to get most of it looking better but can't find the setting for the horz line labels. They need to be changed to bold to see them better.
