No Data coming into the Trail

Hi All,

I have set up a trail account and no data is coming in.

I have done the following:

1.Activated my account via sms
2.Performed Rollover
3.Deleted all data and re download
4.Connected to service ( SC data -all service [data] )

all charts are blank, intra & historical

I also went trough

Intraday Chart or Chart Bars Not Updating | Blank Intraday Chart | "Currently no data to display" message for Intraday Chart

But charts remain blank
the only think visible is tick in the quote board, also if I tried to add ES on quote board but no show.
