Hi There, I use SC with IB + NasdaqTV package, today it cancelled the orders after the parent order was executed. It happened couple of times then I tested it only 1 size and result was the same = it executes initial order then cancels stop and profit limits. Attaching the screenshot and log. |

Check your "Time in Force" settings and see if they are using a "Good til Date Time" and then what Date and Time you had entered, as it sounds like this is set to a Date/Time when the market is not open. Otherwise, we do not know why IB is rejecting those orders, you would need to ask IB about this and what those particular errors mean. If you were using a "Good till Date Time" of any kind could be the issue, even if the time is during Market Hours. Check this with IB. You may need to set your Time in Force to Day to get the orders to work properly. I think I kind of found something, "Cancel Orders on Flat Position" was enabled for me. I just realized that after 8 seconds an order is executed, the position line disappears for some reason (I don't use SMART routing so I expect not to see some weird IB-SC order issues) and probably quantity also went to 0 again and SC cancels the order by thinking the position is flattened. Do you think why position line disappears (I read Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Trade Position Line or Quantity Disappearing or Displaying Zero)? Here is Trade positions window for the specified trade. Right after the order is executed there is only 1 record and symbol is TSLA-STK-ARCA-USD, couple of seconds later, the trade disappears and another one with the same trade data but "TSLA" symbol is added. I think that's the reason explained at Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Trade Position Line or Quantity Disappearing or Displaying Zero but I don't get why I am having it now, last week everything was ok with the same configs. May IB have changed something ? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2022-12-30 18:43:42

No, this will never happen under any circumstances: and SC cancels the order by thinking the position is flattened.

I am not trying to blame SC here, just explaining what was going on there.
