got delayed data but I have package 10

Hello supportteam, I want to trade next week and I´m on package 10 but when I look in my chart I still see delayed data feed. I only trade the eurex (eurostoxx)... can you see whats wrong with my account ? |

You have not activated the EUREX exchange in order to get the data. You can activate the exchange at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeedEUREX#Exchanges Just keep in mind that the exchanges are NOT pro-rated, so if you activate the exchange today (December 30, 2022) you will pay the full amount for the data for 2 days (1 day of actual trading data) and then pay the full amount on January 1, 2023 for the month of January. Therefore, we recommend waiting until Monday morning before activating the exchange.
